• Each booth measures 8’ x 10’ and the following are included in the booth fee: an 8’ high back drape and a 3’ high side drape, one 6’ draped table, two side chairs, a wastebasket, and a 17” x 11” ID sign.
• Exhibitors are entitled to two name badges per booth.
• A listing in the event program booklet is also included.
• A manual containing order forms for all rates and services (i.e., shipping, electric, audio/visual, additional tables) will be e-mailed to all exhibitors. Please note: The exhibit hall is carpeted, so exhibitors do not need to order additional carpeting.

• Limited to (1) 6’ draped table per Company/Organization and two side chairs.
• Exhibitors are entitled to two name badges. No substitutions.
• Tabletops will be adjacent to the Expo and co-located in the Conference Registration Area in   the Level 2 International Prefunction Area
• Exhibitors can take advantage of advanced shipping, electric or audio/visual rates and services

ABOUT YOUR SOFT SEAT EXHIBIT

Only (2) Soft Seat Exhibits are available.

Engage conference goers in a comfortable living room type space while they are charging their devices or taking a break from workshops or expo receptions. There are two distinct Soft Seat Areas with a window view located on Level 2 in the International Prefunction area.

• Soft Seating will be provided and exclusive to your company.
• Charging Station with capacity for up to 8 devices will be provided.
• Print Collateral or Fact Sheet Giveaways Permitted, only. Given the intimacy of the space, there will not be room for product or book displays.
